Welcome to Kathryn

Say hi to our newest lab member, Kathryn Simone. Kathryn just finished her PhD in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Calgary. The title of her thesis was “Representations of CRH-PVN neurons and their dynamics”. She also has an MSc degree from Calgary, and a BEng degree (in ECE) from Memorial University of Newfoundland.

Dr. Simone will be working on biologically plausible RL methods and neural novelty detection.
