Say hello to our new member, Bing

Say hello to Bing Chen. He started his PhD in Computer Science here in the lab in January 2024. Bing completed his master’s degree in 2022 under the guidance of Prof. Bo Yang and Prof. Lin Wang at the University of Jinan, China. His thesis was on neural networks for conditional density estimation. In addition to his academic pursuits, Bing is actively engaged in self-learning the piano and music theory. He transcribes his favorite songs into piano arrangements and endeavors to play them.
