Alina starts her MMath degree

Alina Lytovchenko has joined the Neurocognitive Computing lab as a master’s student! She recently finished her undergraduate studies in Computer Science at Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.

Over the summer of 2025, Alina was a full-time research assistant and worked on an algorithm for linear decoding from adapting neurons – a continuation of the work of Nicholas Martalog. The project is going well, and she might extend the work into a master’s thesis.
